Artistic portrait and reverse. Although the small statue held by Nobilitas is universally described as "the Palladium", on this example it is wreathed rather than helmeted and holds no statue of Victory. In fact, it precisely copies the figure of Nobilitas. Perhaps the work of a new, but extremely talented, celator? |
